Brief
During this preliminary stage, the key to a successful, seamless approach is understanding our clients ambitions and aspirations, this ensures the design is meticulously tailored to their wishes. We dedicate time to understanding how the client intends to utilize the space, taking into account their individual preferences and lifestyle, while ensuring we consider all relevant factors such as budget and timeline. Subsequently, we will gather insights from a site visit, architectural plans, and photographs. After this thorough briefing phase, we will concentrate on beginning the conceptualization process.
Concept

Upon analyzing the detailed brief, we will illustrate the conceptual designs, which will depict the proposed furniture arrangements. Additionally, we will provide mood board presentations showcasing samples of all proposed finishes, along with images of recommended furniture and joinery concepts. This phase is highly collaborative, and we encourage our clients to provide extensive feedback to ensure alignment with their vision.
Detail
Upon the approval of all concept designs, we will advance to the design development and detailed design phase. During this stage, we will present all final custom furniture, joinery, and architectural drawings, as well as the finalized finishes and selected curated art and accessories for client approval. Additionally, we will provide a comprehensive breakdown of costings.
Implementation

We will collaborate with the client to establish a mutually agreed upon work schedule. Once all onsite requirements have been fulfilled, we will commence the project. Throughout the process, we will participate in regular site meetings to ensure our designs are implemented precisely as per the client's specifications and that the project is progressing as intended. Additionally, we will provide ongoing updates to the client, and ensure that once completed our client can enjoy their property with confidence.
